Yes, I have been quite stressed because of my irregular work schedules. I work as a nurse in a hospital and recently i have been working the night shifts. It's very stressful, without proper sleep and without proper meals. My stomach would ache even when i eat. There's just something different about how the body works during what is supposed to be sleeping hours. My body is suffering. And worse, I got pimples now. I don't usually grow pimples but now I got about 6 or more sprouting all over my face and it's so annoying. I clean my face before i start the day and before i go to sleep. Am i over cleaning? I think I might need to buy a toner. Cuz I have not used them since. I've read on the internet that the best way to care for the skin is the routine cleanse-tone-moisturize, which is better than facials and much less expensive. also there is the diet and the stress relieve to make our skin healthier. Because of my job, i find it hard to get some proper sleep and proper diet. The hospital food they serve is terribly unhealthy(all fatty and salty, ugh)

Considering the situation that you mentioned your pimples have much to do with your sudden change in your working hours. Night shift very often becomes the root of quite a few abnormalities and I think you would be knowing these facts better as you yourself are nurse. As for your pimples I can advice you to try some herbal products as they are helpful without any side effects.

herbal products? you mean those that we apply externally or the ones we take in?

I meant the ones that are applied. Herbal products are more natural (though now the scenario is changing with more and more additives being added). They are better than medication.

You can always use a lot of makeup to cover it up but if you always do that you can get more pimples so you can either pop some pimple or get some pimple cream.

my friend used a pimple cream and it didn't work on her. I think i would rather attend to cleaning my face and wait for the pimples to gradually fade.

I used to work as a home health care aide and we were taught that a safer and better skin cleaner than the commercial products like oxy is simple witch hazel. To clean the pimples buy makeup removal pads. This is cheaper, safer for your skin and more cost effective. Witch hazel is the main ingredient used in most cleansers anyway.

Being stressed from work is what's causing your breakouts. Just take a lot of rest if you get a chance, eat more healthy food and drink a lot of water. Do not over do with the cleansing thing. COz sometimes it causes more damage than help you with your problem.

Thanks, I think I am over cleaning. Sometimes it's hard to resist because i feel my face getting oily and i really find that uncomfortable.

hi, i usually had pimples when my hands is dirty and i suddenly paste to my face,or when i sleep too late at night,so to avoid or to cure my pimples i used antibiotic astringent to prevent pimples and an erythromycin cream to make dried my pimples.

You really got to start caring for your skin before you get more than 6 of those pimples. A facial wash and a toner is enough to cleanse your face and even dry out the pimples and marks it will leave on you.
