question about printing a page?

I would like to ask that how can i print a color document into black color.Because i have a color printer when i print any color document, the printer print it in color which in some of cases i don't want to have color copies.Please give me suggestions how can i print a colorful document in to black copy?

Hi, if you are going to print the document in MS applications like WORD, EXCEL OR EVEN POWER POINT you could do this when pres ctrl+p n you keyboard it will show a dialog box named PRINT if you could see a button named PROPERTIES you could change the printing properties their to GRAYSCALE OR BLACK AND WHITE that could make the document you are printing BLACK colored.

wow. this question is a good one but its better solved by @arv. It make me remember when I'm new to printin, anytime my boss asked for a b/w doc i'll remove the colour red blue and yellow and leave black alone to do the job. lolz. . happy posting.

Hi Aliqasim, Neither I have a printer nor I have know about the information which you have asked.When ever I require any copies if they are in color and black & white, I will get them in net cafe. Mostly I require black and white copies only. Wait for some more responses, you may get answer for your problem. Have a nice day.
