I usually don't have dreams when I sleep but this week, it was like I have a dream before I wake up in the morning. Usually when I dream, I didn't sleep soundly. When I sleep well, and I usually don't have any dream that I remember having. So I don't usually like having some dreams. Except for some few dreams that I had.

I dream almost everyday. sometimes I feel tired and sick because i dreamt something bad and that I am running of flying. Gosh , I don't like such dreams but I like the fairy tale type dreams. I love it and I don't wanna get out of that dream. And sometimes I get a dream, I get up in the middle and then when I get back to sleep, the same dream is continued. have you experienced this anytime?

Hi, I also dream almost everyday. There is no fixed time for dreaming. I have dreams at any time. As you said I also have the experience of getting up in the middle of the dream and continue the same dream after sleeping again. I don't have any sleeping problem because of dreams.

All people experienced dreaming but it depends on the depth of your sleep. As doctors tell that people who are very exhausted have very deep sleep that they could barely remember what they are dreaming when they are awaken.People who always fall asleep during the afternoon, then not very exhausted when going to bed,has the most relaxed body mood, that tend to make them know the details of their dreams, because they maybe sound asleep but their sleepiness is very shallow,a mosquito bite could make them make them instantly awake.

Back when I was a teenager and preteen I "trained" myself to wake up slowly and while it was quiet so that I could think of my dreams and write them down, as well as try to decipher them. I used to love to do that. Now I don't do that so much, but the dreams I seem to remember I instantly know what they are supposed to mean for me. It's odd, or maybe I'm just wiser. I hardly ever have nightmares. I do have plenty of time to dream though. did you know that you really only dream for like 30 seconds if even that before you wake up? they may seem like hours long, but it's really just a dream a few minutes before waking up.

We all dream often, but most of the time we can't feel it or remember it, dreaming at night is natural. But when you remember what your dream is, it means that you dream a lot, and the dream will affect your sleeping quality. Maybe drinking some milk before sleep will help you. Have a nice day!

When I dream, this is a good indicator that I had a good night's sleep. If I didn't dream,I will feel tired all the day. Usually I dream in each night, and it can be very entertaining.Except from the times I have nightmares.I don't like nightmares. One of the best methods to exploit the fact that you're dreaming is to lucid dream.Lucid dreaming is when you realize that you're dreaming. That way,you can control it in any detail. And you will have the fun of your life!
