Parents Working At late hours

Have you had your parents working late my parents always work until like 4:00 in the morning what about you guys i want to hear your stories about your parents working for late hours and how you convince them to rest and go to sleep.

Well i have never heard anything like that before. My father works till 5'o clock in the evening and he gets adequate time to take rest and sleep and get back to work at 10am. It is generally not advisable to work late as it adversely affects your health. What say?
