Be alert about the deciever in Skype

Last month, I met a cheater in Skype. One guy told me through Skype chating message about his story. He said he was in the Peace Keeping troop in Pakistan. He was a General commander of a 7500 person troop. And he missed his son who was in Guinea for school and learning lar there. This guy said since he had no any friend or relations in USA who can help him to contact his son and ask me to contact his son and tell him about the status about his son then. And he gave the telephone number to me. I had guessed this guy must be a cheater at that time. But I liked to see what the next jugglery of this guy. I pretended to believe hime and dialed the number he gave me. Somebody answered the phone and said to me, speaking with a kind of young boy voice imitated. Hadn't out of my expectation, the "son" of that guy told me he need money to buy food and book in Guinea. So rediculous!
