Strange talk

I am watching a girl go pass over my house every single day and got quite attracted to her i just want to talk with her for just a moment but dont find courage to do so....I want to just want to know her name...
So how to talk to a stranger any suggestions guys from the lovegurus.
P.S I am not stalking her lol

that is funny but i do feel the same sometimes.since i am a student i meet many people in my class and libary and i couldnt call their names.but if oneday i didnt see them ,i just feel that i losse something.hahaha...
you can say hello to her just like confusing her with someone.hahah....and good luck

ahah i like your advice to him^^ talk like you confused him from someone else^^ but i think if i did that to meet a guy i would feel so shy that probably would look like an idiot^^ but i guess he could try that if he isnt shy^^ or maybe he could just ask her some random question like can you tell me where is the train station or the place to take some bus? and maybe she could guide him till that place and while that he could try to say some things to her^^ in a smooth way^^

ahah i feel the same way sometimes^^ one day i saw a guy on the train and i wanted to talk to him but i felt so shy ahah^^ when he left i was like oh stupid! why didnt you do something?ahah have his number or something^^ but there was a guy that i saw him every single day and i never had courage to talk to him. so i asked a friend boy to give him a letter from me. if he wanted to be my friend^^ but the guy just said it was a shame for him to receive the letter from someone else :( he gave me his email account but i felt so bad :( so if you want to talk to her always do it yourself^^ and im sure she will be sweet to you^^ good luck.

go and talk straight. tell her that u like her and want to be a friend to her. she might think u to be a flirt but if u continue ur efforts she might understand u some day if u are true. and it also depends on dat gal how she may react so u shud approach and try first dats main
