At what point is one considered to be ''HAPPY''

I just want to know what happiness means to most mylotters spread accross the globe? Do you think one can find happiness in these little moments below? I mean relate it to your particular experiences in life 1) Is it when you find love? 2) When you get a good paying job? 3) When you buy a house or a car? 4) When you make it in life 5) When you do one act of random kindness 6) When you finally got married? 7) Passed an exam 8) Fufiled a desire? As for me I would say these moments, one cold be happy and could be considered a happy moment, I mean I have experienced all execpt buying a house and getting married, but there's something I know about the human, no matter how happy one gets, it would fade with time and that same human would start craving for something more. That's just me, what about you?
