Do you insist on jogging every morning

Comsidering that facing a mass of work sitting in front of the computer and lacking of exercise,recently I keep running every morning.Sometimes,I go to bed very late,at about 12,leading that next day,I can't get up early to jog at morning.I already did not keep runnung continuous several days.I know I should keep running to increase my health.Do you insist on jogging every morning?

Not really, although i would love to, but my wife doesn't. And our place is not a very god jogging place..or anywhere nearby. it is quite crowded here and really dusty. I don't get much exercise apart from walking.

Yeah, your right it's more better if we exercise in a gym or if possible be a member of a gym club. They have the the facilities to really help us to make fit and healthy. The problem with me is, it's not included in the budget. At present I'm contented with just jogging stationery in my own home and do some stretching myself.

It is propitious to digest if having a walking on a full stomach.In your case, i think it is better for you to go gymnasium to exercise termly.

I am lazy and I don't jog in the morning even during the long summer vacation. It is mainly because of my lifestyle. I stay up late and cannot get up early enough for jogging. When I get up, I usually have enough time to get prepared for work. But these days I have been jogging after dinner for at least half an hour a day. I feel much better after evening jogging. It does help a lot in improving my health. Take care.

According to individual lifestyle,everyone has their different ways of exercise,including jogging,swimming,aerobics and so on.we will benefits from exercise as long as we insist on.thanks for your response.

I want to but I can't. I usually get up around 11am to 12 noon. The sun is already at its sweltering heat that time. I can't go jogging anymore. Happy mylotting.

I don't know the cause you get up so late.Maybe your nightlife is so varied that you go to bed very late.For me,I couldn't sleep too late at day and even maybe make nightmare.But some people are accustomed to keep running at night.

Hi, Shengjie331, it's very good to run every morning, especially when you sit the rest of the day in front of your computer. The problem is that you need to get up early in the morning. But I see in the park people jogging in the evening too. Unfortunately I have problems with my lungs and cannot do jogging. But I try to do a little complex of exercises every morning and I think it's a good habit. Have a nice time in myLot!

To keep a body healthy body, it is important to exercise. I am not much of a morning person. I exercise usually 4-5 times a week usually for an hour or so in the afternoon or evening, which is dependent on my schedule for the day. Exercising for me either is jogging, aerobics, or weights at the gym. Although there can be some pain at times, it feels so much better after finishing an exercise session. I feel better not only because it's over for the day, but it means I have done my part to keep my body in better shape than the previous day.

According to personal conditions,every bady have their different way of exercise.Several mates arround me love to play shuttlecock 2~3 times every week,their every indication are all regular at medical examination.Some people like to swimming about 3 times every week,I like too.If having time and natatorium nearly,I always spend time to have a swimming on weekend.Do you like swimming?

Ehm if you love jogging yea its perfectly good!I would suggest you take it easy on the beggining so nothing bad can happen and then start making longer distances and increasing your speed for better results!

Thanks for your suggest which learning to creep before leap.I sense that it is a key point I must insist on keeping running every morning.Step by step,I will run more and more longer distance,my body will be stronger and stronger.

According to doctors we should go for jogging every day but i don't get time to do so as my daughter is too small and from morning to night she us after me . But i send my hubby for a jog as he is a bit heavy weight due to his job he has to sit infront of the laptop for whole day . So i try that aleast he go for jogging for 15-20mins.
