Have you ever had an astral projection?

I havent really had a out of body experiance but i did try and think i almost got there I lay down on my bed and put my whole mind on leaving my body and then i fell funny like a womp womp felling, I heard my fiance say are you ok and i snapped out of it the funny thing is I was the only one home so I wonder what the voice was. I have been scared to try again. My fiance said that he has done it once he said that he felt like he was falling then he opened his eyes and he was floating in the air and then he jerked back in his body he also said he has been to scared to try it again b/c the pulling part scared him. so i know its possible

is it possible?

Not yet! I've tried several times and never succeeded. :( I'd love to hear suggestions, though.
