I was thinking about putting Javascript codes into media files like songs or movies preferably . I mean like, the Javascript will run or activate whenever the songs or the movies are played . But I'm not really sure of it . Is it possible ?

HTML 5 have this this feature. I think you should go for that stuff and you Its easy to embed into the browser.
