'missing' woman joins search for herself

all i can say about this story on yahoo is WOW a woman went on a tour and ended up being reported missing after the bus stoped. turns out the woman changed her cloths and the others on the tour didnt reconise her... she didnt realize that the person they were searching for was her... and when she did realize it she told them and so on...
HOW does this happen?????? ok even if i could see the people on the bus not reconising her after she changed her cloths HOW could she not realize that it was herself they were looking for, they described her and the cloths she was wearing....

She is either lying for some reason or another or she has some serious mental problems because there is no way that she could not have known that the woman they were looking for was her. There is much more to this story then we are being told I think.
