Fall Season

Every season I get excited about at least 1 new show and sometimes sure get disappointed fast. I know when its at a time that several of the shows are good, then the new show tends to have a harder time finding an audience. I am starting to see more commercials announcing when shows will return and some of them are going to conflict with something else, so I'll be taping a few shows. I'm hoping the new twist to The Amazing Race doesn't back fire big time, as offering more money in that way could mean less viewers. What show are you most looking forward to seeing again? My answer for now is The Amazing Race, but sure hope a strong team wins week 1.

I will be glad when alot of my favorite shows come back. Ringer, Survivor, The Good Wife, Person of Interest, NCIS, and Sons of Anarchy are just afew that will be back soon. And there will be some new ones coming too that I look forward to catching. Can't think of the one I am waiting for. I watched afew of The Amazing Race but I wasn't much interested in it. Hope you enjoy the season.

Sorry, but The Ringer was canceled. She's pregnant now as well so I wonder how they would have worked that in the story if they had been renewed.

The Ringer was so poorly rated there was no chance of a renewal. CW lost a lot of money. The Good Wife sure has done well on Sunday. I do enjoy Person of Interest and have watched every episode. NCIS I watch on the USA Network, so haven't seen the recent seasons yet. Thanks for posting.

Big Bang Theory has a big fan base, so should be a great season. I have watched a few episodes and may start watching the old episodes to catch up. The show just airs at a bad time for me to watch.

I always like to talk about new shows! I'm a little underwhelmed with the options this year, but there are a few I'll check out. I'm going to watch the premiere of Arrow, simply because it stars Katie Cassidy. I'm not much for comic books come to the small screen, but I'll give it a try. It doesn't hurt the main guy is cute. I'm really looking forward to the return of The Vampire Diaires, although I'm nervous about this whole Elena is now a vampire thing. REALLY nervous. And the guy who used to play Alaric is on a new CW show Cult, and I'll be watching that but I think it's a midseason replacement. Then there is The Big Bang Theory and New Girl. I'm a so so watcher of 2 Broke Girls. Sometimes their humor gets too raunchy. But I also have high hopes for The Mindy Kaling Project. If she makes me laugh as much as Zooey Deschanel does on her FOX show, then I'm golden. Plus, although I've seen The Office only like twice, she was always funny. And for the first time in years I'm thinking about watching the new season of Survivor. Once I found out Lisa Whelchel was on it I was interested. I know Jeff Kent is on it too, and since I follow baseball I know what a creep he is. I hope he doesn't last long. Other than that, since they rudely canceled CSI: Miami, Beauty and the Beast is the only other drama I'm interested in. Oh wait. Animal Practice with Joanna Garcia and that monkey. I'll give that a try. And Elementary. Well, those are two I almost forgot. I don't know how these shows coincide. I may have to tape one, watch one, and then get online for the other.

Many times the shows I really want to see air at the same time. I'll be watching The Vampire Diaries love to see Ian. I just might check out Cult mid season hearing he is on the show. Arrow will get at least one view from me. Beauty and the Beast and Elementary are on my watch list, as always try out a few new shows each year. It will be interesting to see, if either can get viewers. Thanks for posting.

It is always interesting seeing which and what shows are getting launched which ones are coming back and when. Then fact that it seems like years have themes, last year was the adult fairy tale, Grimm and Once upon a time, for the last few years the newer procedural shows and medical shows have come and gone and the classical ones stay behind. Hopefully this years shows work well and are interesting, it is really bad when shows barely finish their first season, I was sorry Awake did not make it to a second season - though they did give it an satisfying end, now it is time to waite and see.

Reviewers panned Grimm and Once Upon A Time, so I am looking forward to seeing what they don't think we will watch this season. I'm watching both shows; however, don't like the new beginning to Grimm this season.

I'm hoping that Revolution will be as good as the commercials imply. There's another one about soldiers revolting against the government (involving a sub and a missile) that I can't remember the name of but I'll definitely watch at least one episode. I am also hoping that Supernatural gets its mojo back, it seems to have lost something in the last season. I can hardly wait for Person of Interest to return. Of course, I'm looking forward to Dr. Who and a few other favorites. I don't watch reality shows and most new shows disappoint me.

Very cool two people mention Dr Who and I'm watching the amazing David Tennant. He is a great Dr and think he may now be my favorite. I have watched many of the older seasons and thought it was time to work on catching up this summer. I'm a big fan of Person of Interest smart casting sure hope the new season is great. It was a smart move putting the show at 9:00pm Thursday and moving CSI to Wednesday at 10:00, as both shows were ratings winners. Thanks for posting.

I have been watching older seasons of Dr Who with David Tennant, who is no longer with Billie Piper, as has a new helper. I hope to see the Law and Order Uk, as she was on the early seasons. The talented people on Dr Who really come up with interesting twists to the story lines. Thanks for mentioning Dr Who.
