samsung vs apple in US court

Steve Jobs once said that he was going to destroy android! Well he's starting to do that now. Is Apple being a bully? Probably! But they have a good reason for filing the case. Samsung Galaxy really looked liked the Apple 3gs. Apple is Samsung's biggest micro chip client and thus, they have access to the internal and external designs of Apple products. The verdict is a lesson to all smartphone companies out there to be careful with the infringement law. When they make a design they should be wary that it shouldn't look like Apple products! I love these two companies. In fact, I got a Samsung Galaxy S2, iPhone 4, my son has the first generation iPad, I have the second gen iPad. Hubby has an iPhone 4 too and an iPod touch. My latest addition is the 2012 Macbook pro.

I think that Apple has got a Good Point in this Matter. However, I think there are over exaggerating a bit saying about all these things have been copied. If you ask me who will win the Court Case, I would say probably Apple because they have a lot of Reasons to back up thier Case.

Each company copy the other's design in one way or another either in small or little bitty way, Apple and Samsung each was found guilty in two separate court in two different country, one in US and the other in S.Korea, So basically each company has its own unannounced dirty laundry hidden behind their flashy logo from the clear view of mobile /smart phone consumers. Apple steal few Samsung's intellectual property software application while market their products to the local in Korea, while Samsung copy some of the design of Appla's smartphone technology while pandering to local consumers in US It is guilty for both global mobile phone behemoths in their patent fight in order to dominate market shares and stay as cellular phone market leader.

Samsung lost the court case and paid Apple one billion dollars compensation in the form of 30 trucks filled with 5 cent coins. My bet is the coins were made in China.

This is a warning to all the companies not even mobile companies alone, they should not be copying each others designs or plans. Congratulations to the apple company for wining the case, i believe $1 billion is not a small money, they can use it to expand their business again. Or they should use that money to subsidies the prices their products by reducing the prices, so that they will attract more market in the systerm.
