If you are curse to have gorgon hair

The most popular Gorgon is Medusa, she have snake hair and her eyes can turn people into stone, If you got cursed to to have gorgon hair (you still have normal eyes, so you cant turn people into stone) The curse is permanent and it has no cure you are going to have snake hair for life,
How will you live your life after this make over?
Are you going to cover your head and hide the snakes or are you going to show it to the people?
How can you make people accept you and not see you as a monster despite of your condition?
If scientist offers you money so they can do experiments on you, will you accept it?
How will you maintain you beautiful lively hair?
what will be your hair's diet?

I'd probably ask those scientists if they could get rid of them for me. I have no idea how I would deal with having snakes for hair! 
My hair's mean enough to me, I can't imagine a life where it would bite back! I hope my snakes aren't venomous.
I'm thinking I'd probably cover them up for awhile. But I guess it depends on how lively my 'hair' is. Like, are they just as likely to get frazzled and frizzy when it's humid out? I would have a hard time keeping them covered up then, they'd be writing under that headscarf! 
What if I had to feed them too? Ewwwhhhaaha... I don't think I could handle that. I'd try chopping them all off. If they grew back... well... then I'd have a problem. lol

well the scientist are not there to cure you. You know what they want to do is do experiments and research. I think your hairs wont bite you because they were part of your body and will listen to everything you will say, so if you ask them to behave while you wear a hat, scarf or wig, they will behavebut for sure once and in while you will give them time to breathe.
, they grow back if you cut or pull them out.
I wonder if you can make them vegan.
