the ideal is to take her to the doctor to make sure that she is eating and drinking enough, also there are medications that help with the pain and allow for the ulcer to heal faster. The problem with children is that they can become dehydrated and so even though it is painful she has to drink milk or water at least. Mouth ulcers are terrible to deal with, I normally don't get them, but a while back I had a few and realized it was due to the pineapple I was eating. As soon as I stopped the ulcers stopped appearing. I hope your baby gets well soon.

yes thanks though we already went to the doctor earlier and had the oral gel for the sore and an antibiotic for bacterial infection. I used to have one before and its due to lack of vitamins C as what they've said. Though with my baby i dont know what happened why she got it, though she really cant take the pain and i understand so now i really felt bad for her.

Hi so it really happened to kids? i thought its more prone to adult and seldom to kids. Its alright for adult even as we tend to force our self to eat even if its too painful than the kids and baby as if they felt pain we cant forced them to eat nor drink as all they want is to cry due to pain.
