What do you usually do or say when you want to annoy someone?

In my case, when i am annoyed at somebody. i tell that person straight to the face the things that make me annoyed at him/her. It's in a way, being honest of something you don't want a person to act or to do. But telling them straight to the face can be hard at some point, especially if you are not a person who'se straight forward.

I seldom do that coz I do not want to her anybody's feelings. But sometimes, just for fun, I tell my sister in law that she needs to go to the beauty salon and make herself beautiful or her husband who is much younger than she is would surely find someone new.
