Chicken Veggie Soup!

Chicken Veggie Soup - a new recipe I tried minus the noodles

I didnt put in the noddles yet but wanted to try some. Its more broth with a mixture of veggies, and chicken. It needs a little more flavour or seasoning but I added a little salt and thought it was delicious.

Carrots, peas, corn, onion, spinach, potatoes, and celery.

I plan on cooking up more soups and the such soon, and that looks simply delicious. Not sure I'll add chicken very much though I have a raincheck for B2G3 from my work I need to "redeem" when I get the money to do so.

I dont eat a lot of meat, so this was my monthly meat LOL. I love the colder weather so I can have a variety of homemade soups in the crockpots.

I love homemade soups. I usually make chicken soup or scrap soup. I call it scrap soup because I put left overs in it. Not everything of course. Sometimes I'll make soup and just call it chunky soup because I leave the vegetables big and chunky. If I have chicken broth or beef broth I can make any kind of soup I want. I usually just use chicken though.
