pissed off...

I hate it when a co-worker of mine does this. They'd act like they're the model employees or even worse, act like they're the boss when the boss is not around, but when the boss asks us to do something, they'd just say yes and actually never really get to understand any of the instructions. Sometimes it gets me annoyed like I'd want to talk back at them and say "Don't you have a mind of your own?" I try to compose myself when I'm on the edge of shouting at them or worse. It ruins my day too. I know that you are pissed off but, try to avoid getting pissed off by just doing what you do and just minding your business.
