This Domain is Suspended - BuxHost Question

If anyone happens to know the answer, I would love to know. What are the various reasons that a domain becomes suspended at a BuxHost site (specifically that you see the domain suspended page)? Does that message mean that the admin took their site offline, the site received too many complaints so that it had to taken down by BuxHost, it used more than the allocated bandwidth, admin stopped paying for site rental, etc.? Thanks.

It was in violation of the domain's terms of service and was deleted.

Interesting, I just rechecked out the BuxHost terms of service and it seems the only thing you can violate is: "It's the customer's responsibility to not use the domain names infringing trade mark rights..." Not sure well else an admin can do wrong other than not pay.
