My brother's babysitting us

You read it right, my younger immature spoiled brother is babysitting my sister and me. There is a note left on the counter, that we have to tell him where we are going, and he has to ok everything we do. Last time I checked I was 24 years old, and my sisters 25 years old, and my brother is 17. Give me a break, I thought it was a joke when I read it, but I got a text from my parents saying the samething, and that he is in charge, but if something should happen me or my sister pay for it and they pay us back (hmmm... doesnt go with responsibility if he doesnt or cant pay for damage or if something happens to their cats we have pay with our credit card). So the man in charge, goes we have 2 tins of cat food (which does a day), he used up the rest for this new cat. I told him to go to the grocery store, and buy it, its in the pet lane since he;s in charge. I have MY cat food in my room locked up.
