When we play tennis, we could make use of some tennis accessories like headband, wristband, different types of tennis outfits, tennis caps, nice tennis bags, personal water bottle, magnet bracelet for tennis elbow, knee pad for those with knee problems, and many other accessories necessary or unecessary in playing tennis. How about you, do you like using tennis accessories and do you find them necessary?

some tennis accesories are nice and even useful when you play but those you wrote on your post probably are not necessary as water bottle or magnet bracelet eheeh..they sounds strange....i think wristbands or headband can be useful to stay dry during you play and also some headbands can be useful in my case because i neve rliked to play with a regular cap in many cases i felt too hot!!

Tennis Cap is necessary for me, especially while playing under the sun. Without it, I am not able to see the ball clearly.

I haven't really played much for a very long time. But back when I used to play a lot, I wore the usual tennis attire which at the time was usually white shorts, sometimes other colors, that had flaps and buttons on the side and a tennis shirt with a collar, etc. Because I sweat a lot, my mother had made a small towel with a button hole in one corner and I would were it on one side buttoned under the flap that was there. In those days I didn't wear a cap although I probably should have. I wore wrist bands on both wrist not as a style thing but because of the sweat. When I played most, it was in Texas in the U. S. and it sometimes would be in the upper 90s F in temperature and in the 90s in humidity which was the reason I would sweat a lot. I can remember many times when the towel on my side would be almost soaked and when waiting for my opponent to get ready to serve, I would bend down and put my hand on the hot surface in an attempt to dry it. My tennis bag was a pant leg from some old worn out blue jeans with one end shown closed and a draw string put in the other end. So I was not fashionable, I was more about what was useful.

Well as for the racquet, I think it is necessary. Some racquets really do affect your playing style and the way you hit the ball onto the sweet spot. I have been using an old over sized racquet, but when I tried using an advanced racquet, the hit seems to be better and sweeter. As for accessories, I really don't use them. Even in my other sports like basketball and badminton, I don't use accessories. Even if I perspire a lot and some headband or wristband can help ward off perspiration which can annoy while playing, I still don't have them. I am more focused on the playing part and not the fashion part. Or maybe, I am just lazy to buy such stuff or don't have money to buy!
