In a modern perspective, i would say watching over youtube would also help in making such cuisine, I learned making Pasta over youtube! there are lots of recipe and cooking channels over youtube to choose from! The best part, is that they are videos so you would know how things are cooked, chopped, and made with physical working. So, it's more reliable to watch rather than to read. Have fun! :D

Hi friend, i also love to learn to make italian cuisine. LOL, i love to find the recipes online and some books may also help. Cooking is interesting especially find exotic food to make.

From me? No no I am only kidding but I do make some good italian dishes. We can't really post recipes here on mylot, but I'd say just look online for some recipes. There are even videos on youtube that may help you. I don't know if you get the food network in your country but it's a great network for learning recipes and food ideas for really any cuisine.
