Playing badminton

My office mates love to play badminton. One day, they ask to play with them, but I was not in the mode of playing the game. So I just watch them and try to notice some of their styles in winning the game. Until I decided to try my self to join them. I have notice that it is quite a good kind of exercise, because sweat started to came out from my body. It made me realise that I have to find some exercise and playing badminton is one of a kind. Now I played with my nephew every week end and every other day after 5pm with my office mates. How about you, what can you say about playing badminton?

I used to play badminton a lot. My husband and I were partners and our opponent were my brother and his wife. It was fun playing with them but there was no challenge. I was a good player compared to my sister-in-law and my husband was a better one compared to my brother. I could even beat my brother one on one.
Sometimes we would have a competition against the mayor of our town with his partner. We made bets, but it was only food. It was fun and a good exercise. We did it almost every afternoon before.
When we moved, we never got to play badminton anymore. My husband and I became very busy.

Yes badminton is a good sports to couples for their exercise. Being together in playing badminton develops their oneness as husband and wife as their recreation. You can still find time for playing the game, spare the time during weekends even for an hour or two. Thank you for sharing toniganzon.

Playing badminton is tough. It requires quick reflexes as well as strong wrists. People think it's easy till you realize the competition you face. I believe badminton is one of the toughest sports out there.

it is good for health and fitness too,the stretch of the body and also the nice movement it gives is kind of good and i always prefer to play it during evenings,it my favorite sport from childhood too

I am very fond of badminton and as you mentioned feel it as a good source of exercise. In fact you need not worry about your physical fitness if you are engage in playing badminton on a regular basis. Each and every body part of yours come into action. Also it is not as dull and boring as one may feel while doing simple exercises. It carries your enthusiasm. You also develop sporting spirits and manage defeats with correct temperament.
