A dog got hit

We are going to work this morning when we saw a dog in the road then a jeep hit it. Prior to that there's a truck. I am not sure if the truck was the first one to hit the dog. All I witnessed was how this jeep run over the poor dog. My heart breaks seeing this helpless creature. They are by standers near the place but they just the poor dog draw his last breath. I don't own a dog or any other animals, but it breaks my heart to see one being hurt. They are not human but they also have life. I can't forget the look of the dog while seemingly asking for help. I wonder where was the owner and why they are letting their dog to run in the street. Poor dog, may he rest in peace.

Believe it or not.World is cruel and some wouldnt even matter if one was standind infront of their vehicle.I personally saw a dog dying with the worst way.A guy here in our neighberhood doesnt like dogs so he takes a plate puts it near the pavement and puts food with rat poison in it.And that poor dog went and ate it without knowing(Its a dog after all).So as you can see animal cruelty is all around the world and I believe there is no reasson to stop it unless these humans go to jail.Its the only hope for the dogs to have a better life,but the state won't make any law like this trust me.

I experienced watching a dog get trampled upon by a vehicle as well. It's so sad because when you look at it, it looks like it's depending on you with those puppy brown eyes. It breaks my heart as well to witness animal cruelty and animal accidents. They are such loving creatures... =(...

That is really heartbreaking even if they are just animals, they have life. I just hope people who own one should take care of their pets too. they should not allow them to run and play near the streets. They are just kids that needs to be taken care of. Thanks for the response.
