Yes my son fell down again. We are about to sleep now when he run through our bed then, blag... he fell down. Both hubby and I Don't caught him. I shouted out loud because I was terrified. Good thing we put our bed down the floor making it much lower. But still he hit the table near our bed. He had little bruise on his right face. We put cold compress and now he is the one applying it. My 2-year old is very hyperactive. He will just stop when he was hurt. I am afraid he will have a more severe accidents in the future so we always tell the nanny to watch him closely. Most of the times we are the one who surrender with his high energy that I really feel exhausted when I am with him. Though I really love being with i am just praying to God to always keep him safe. Truly, kids are source of joy but also source of sadness.

i have experience like yours, my son ever feel down too when sleeping at 2 years old, i think this usually happen for many kids, sometimes i heard the same experience from my friends, of course i am very worry about my son. and we can anticipate in order our son not fall down again in future ,i usually provide a barrier of pillows on each side of the edge of his bed. and i also bought that can be drawn so that if my son falls then he will falls in the second under bed . may be you can try my trips.

Actually he never fall when he is sleeping. He fall because he keeps on jumping on the bed. LOL. Our bed seems so wide enough for us but with a toddler who is so hyperactive that won't be enough. I am thinking of buying that bed you are talking about. Thanks for sharing.

Children aged 2 years? haha they have huge curiosity into everything, that's what I learned from my nephew. He wants to do whatever the adults around him are doing. Yesterday he tried to help me mop the patio, very funny to see his efforts to lift the weight wet mop He ran into the garden to see someone watering the flowers and wanted to help but at the end he only wanted to play with water, and the hardest of all is when he's playing up and down the stairs there must be an adult who take care of him in case if he is falling down. He is full of energy, even when he is sleeping

Yes they are indeed explorers. My son also would want to do anything we are doing. That's why we are really keen on him to prevent accidents. Thanks for sharing.

This was what i had experienced when my children were still kids. It is actually the stage where they are hyperactive and full of energy hence the need to keep an eye on them all the time.

Yes. This topic suits my mood. My grand son was having fever three days back and he was given paracetamol and he recovered . Today he vomitted more in the school and he returned in the afternoon. He is having 100 deg. F. The same boy played extremely well yesterday in the park -- he was running on the ground chasing the five sea gull birds. Those bird also were giving company or enjoying --they use to fly high and return back and sit 100 feet before him and he will start chasing them. This continued for 10 times. probably he became very tired. yes. a few children are hyper active and managing them is really a strenuous job.

That's very true. Kids nowadays are very active and that they don't fear anything unless they already tasted the pain. My son is like that at times but I am still glad we can control him still. Thanks for sharing!

My boys were and are still always on the go, I think it is just in a boys nature to be rough, tough, and unstoppable that is until they hit something. Good luck with your boy.

Boys are really unstoppable. My son will just stop when he gets hurt but after he recovers from it, here he goes again. Thanks for the response.
