In China, socialism and communism are noble cause which all Chinese people willing to devote their lives to.In western countries, due to the fabrication and distortion of the media, socalism and communism have been gradually reduced to derogatory words which are no better than fascism to those bomarded day and night with media propoganda and therefore are unclear about the truth.
I have the utmost respect for American people and do not have the slightest intention to offend or irritate them. But I do hate US imperialists and their lackeies who always interfere with the internal affair of other countries and infringe upon their sovereigbty.Countless innocent people, include many children and women, were killed in the so-called "anti-terrorist wars" coldbloodedly lauched by US warmongers.
It is said American people cherish the right of free speech and regards it as a basic human right. But I am afraid If I begin to criticize US foreign policy which is sailing on the sea of human blood and misery here I would soon be labelled as troll and be booted out of this forum with mercy. To be honest,I even doubt this thread can get though the strict censorship empolyed here.

MyLot forbids the posting of certain content as described under the heading of "Proprietary Rights in Content on myLot" on this page: http://www.mylot.com/o/terms.aspx
This does NOT constitute censorship of 'freedom of speech' and allows reasoned and informed criticism of the policies of any country as long as what you post is not patently offensive or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
Many people misunderstand and abuse the right to freedom of expression by not appearing to accept that it carries with it some responsibilities and limitations, especially in cases of libel, slander, obscenity, copyright violation and incitement to commit a crime.
By saying that you "even doubt this thread can get though the strict censorship employed here." you are seriously maligning MyLot and imputing that it exercises the same kind of censorship which you cannot deny that your own government is known to practice.

I do not mean to maglin Mylot. As a newcomer,I have no idea about the mechanism on which this forum is operated.I admit chinese government do censor information on the internet. But please notice this is a common practice in many countries, include America. What's more,America has a far more powerful and effective cesorship system than China does.A British citizen who release a text on twitter threatening to destroy America before he flied to US was arrested by US police as soon as he landed on American airport. In fact, this guy is a law-abiding British citizen who only made a joke. This incident clearly show American government exercise real-time monitoring on every piece of information released on social net-working websites like Twitter,Facebook. What is worse, this kind of monitoring is excercised globally, rather than within the boundary of US.Therefor,US government not only blatantly intrude into the privacy of its own citizens, but also those in other countries.

Both Twitter and Facebook are American websites, therefore what is published on them is covered by American law (as stated clearly in the Terms of both sites). If a person publishes something on one of those sites (or any other with similar Terms) which constitutes or is likely to constitute a breach of those laws, they can expect to be charged as soon as they stepped upon American soil.
The case you describe was clearly seen as likely to be a serious threat. No "law-abiding" citizen in their right mind would publish that sort of thing as a joke and expect to get away with it!
If something is published on a website it, by definition, becomes "public" and it is therefore NOT an 'invasion of privacy' for any legal entity whom it might concern to take action if they deem it neccessary!

I hope that you are not suggesting that the Chinese government don't also monitor the Internet for subversive material regarding China! If you think that they do not, it is because China heavily censors the information which it allows its people to see.
