Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration?

How do you understand this saying? Which one is more important? Inspiration? Or perspiration? If it were inspiration,then how can ordinary people like you and me succeed?

Life is full of magic. U never know when u will have 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration or even 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. It all depends on time and you thinking capability!
