As a mother every time my daughter goes to school they said goodbye to me and to their grandmother. These is what little girls do but when they grew older into teenagers I have notice that they just come and go. What can you share?

I'm a mother of an eight-year old boy. He started going to school at the age of two. From that time he would usually say 'I love you' and 'see you later.' For some reason we don't say good bye to each other. We like saying see you later. He never failed to kiss and say those words every day. I have a friend who has two sons in college. I saw her sons kiss, hug, and make a special sign with her before they go to school. My son saw that too and I told him that I would want him to do the same when he grows up.

That is suppose to be the culture of being a filipino but now a days children doesn't mind doing it. As the technology changes the new generation of children also follow there ways and respecting their elders. Thank you for responding.

hi, i think its a partly true in real life, that kids will grow up and become independent in life but still they will come back for you, like in my family, after my brother and sister got married and been separated, they still came back for my parents.
