For me, to look fresh all day long, we must
Have a positive attitude and have a healthy lifetstyle like Drinking 8-10 glasses of water to keep hydrated, eating fresh fruits and vegetables and geeting enough sleep!

Staying hydrated is essential so make it a habit drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. It helps flush impurities out of the body and prevents skin from drying out.
For girls, wear light make-ups (if you do love putting on make-ups). Both guys and girls should moisturize everyday, for those with oily skin, you can opt for oil-free moisturizer and always bring blotting paper with you. You may also add Green Tea Facial Mask twice a week. It contains green tea extracts that helps relieves stress.
Don't forget to get good sleep =D

I think to be able to achieve that fresh look all day is to have a healthy life style. Your mom is right about taking a lot of water. You may also use milk. You must put the milk to a boil and place it on a bowl. Steam your face over it. Milk has lactic acid that can act as moisturizer. This will help you to have a fresh look when done atleast 3x a week.

Drinking water and eating vegetables will make you look fresh and healthy.You should also avoid smoking and other things that can cause harm to your health.Exercise regularly and you should have a good proper hygiene. We should stay clean to be fresh and comfortable.

Drinking water keeps us hydrated and will make our skin look fresh. Eating fruits and vegetables also help. Also, positive outlook will make us look fresh all day. Stop worrying about things that are not important. Don't think too much of problems, instead find solutions. :) have a good day.
