can we take honey in summers ?

Still I not heard honey is good in winter or summer but today I read many discussion about honey is good for body. I will try it in milk, juice or in water.

Hello! By the way I have a question, how can one know that the honey is pure or genuine?

hey gagan, honey is for all season, there is no perticular season for this, besides if you are fat then you can use equal quantity of honey and warm water and drink it on empty stomach, besides if you can have it sas it is or you can have it in milk, it is really beneficiant for health so never hesitate to have honey.
