Traffic Exchange and money

Hi all!
I thinking about how to *ahem* "trick" traffic exchange a bit. Making a site with a lot of ads and than driving traffic on pay per impression.
Do you know how can I do this? Does Chitika accept traffic exchange?

If I don't harm the sites rules I don't actually care, sorry.
Making money can be done two ways: With hard work for a few dollars. Or DIRTY!

Don't look like that! Don't tell me you made a nice business and now live happily. You work 12 hours a day or do something not totally "clean". No other way.
