Earning a Spot under "Top Discussions"

I never notice detail about the contain of top discussion. in a glance, I will take conclution that most of top discussion contain discussion with many number of responses. may be mylot have reason why they put your discussion into top discussion list

I don´t know what makes it a top discussion, but still I congratulate you. I don´t go much to check on top discussions because I have lots of friends and I have to read some of their posts and answer. But I will start checking at it. I´m curious now

I thought that too. Top discussions meaning that those were the discussion that had the most responses. However now that you mention this I'm lost! Maybe there is something more to it?!! I am just getting back into MyLot and have to admit -- I'm a bit lost -- trying to get more friends etc is confusing to me. I'll keep an eye on this post and see if anyone has an answer for you ~ I'm not much help here right now!

Been trying to figured it too myself. Maybe if your the first one who crated an interest then you'll be given the first spot. And if many members would join your interest, then it will be the time myLot started counting which member's activity has the highest and earn a ranking. I just don't know if your ranking is higher, you will have a higher earning too. I just hope that someone from mylot would notice your thread and give some explanation to it.

i think the faster response make you discussion landed on hot spot or today top discussion. his could be relegated to the system and this n response to the fast comments of the first respondents and so on. i see latest discussion get mix to today and hot discussion. i remember before if i am right i rarely see old discussion n today and hot. and only see them n recent which already commented by present online user. so this discussion are likely revive with the first comments from the respondents as well as to the maker of the discussion.

I have no i idea about the top discussion, i am just a newbie so i guys i am not a priority when it comes to creating discussions, older members must have higher percentage to get on top discussion probably because the have a big experience on writing a nice topic.

I have never notice it , now that you mention it ill keep a eye out because its good to learn . A lot of people start discussion but never reply to responds and sometimes only to ones they agree with .

Jshean One of my discussions was classified as top discussion two days back and it was on gambling. It received on the first day itself 20+ responses. Your telling that with two responses it was classified as top discussions -- it may be because it was not on a common topic--something unusual. congrats. how do you feel now? I think you must have been with mylot for two years or more.

i don't know how to be a 'top discussions' since i'm new here :) but congratulations \^^/ anyway, do there any bonuses if our discussion be in 'top discussion' page ?
