I gave birth 4 months ago and I can still remember every single detail that happened.
I labored for 4 hours and deliver for 4 hours as well.
My OB told me that I took saddle block instead of epidural.
Good thing was, It was not that hard for me to give birth.
I really thank God and my son for not letting me experience pain.
I just want to share. ;p
Care to share, mommies? :D

i had 4 pregnancies. the 1st two were born naturally, one miscarriage and one via C-section. i eperienced it all. and i prefer most is my C-section. although the healing is longer but it's not that uneasy. sounds weird but it's what i felt that time.

So gald you had a natural and pain free birth. I strongly beileve that all woman can experience their child being born with little all no pain. Its all about the mind and your determination to cope.

I liked to have a natural and active labor. I labored for eight hours in my first labor. I used a water pool for pain relief and relaxation. Then I used gas and air to distance myself from the strong pain. For my second labor I had a fast and easy time. It was a labor of just two and a half hours. I didn't have any pain relief. In my third labor I was asking for gas and air but there wasn't enough time. My baby came out and I had no pain relief what so ever. That labor was seven hours long. I have had three home births.
