I tried to take picture by myself but I found it is not easy for me. Sometime I make it very vague and sometime it is very dark. Sometime I cann't even find myself!
Of course, if I have a professional carama that will be nice. But what I can offer now is just a Canon common camera. Dear friend, do you have any tip for how to make good self photoes ?

I think it's just a matter of angle. You must know your angle first before you could take a good shot of you. You could take yourself a photo infront of a mirror first s you know how would you look like. Or try the non-prof camera first then switch it to prof if you got your style. You go girl. Good luck. ;)

Hi
Nice one! I remember I tried this before. Since you have a professional camera so it's a good thing. Try to find the right angle, look for a better background, not too dark not too light. Try to ask help from you friends also if you have a hard time to do it.:)
Have a great day..

Yes, i do and i'm really good at it. The previous avatars I had here were my photos which were self-taken of course.
You have a point and shoot Canon camera right? It must have a self-timer then. You can set the timer then try to place the camera where you want it and just pose. Now if you don't want to use your self-timer function, to get a better angle of yourself, you should not hold the camera straight right in front of you. That's definitely a no, no. If you want to have bigger eyes, hold your camera a little above your head. Now if you want to have that pointed nose, tilt your head to your right or left.
Hope it helps, coz it sure did work for me.

Well i can recommend you to get a good camera which has the option of self time mode. This will help u to set a particular time like 5 seconds or 10 seconds and then you can leave that camera at an appropriate place and then take the snap of yours. This will avoid any outside interference and you will get a clear picture also.
What say?
