Correct, the more you response or start a discussion, the more you earn. However, you don't earn on a per post basis. Earnings depend on the quality, usefulness and ratings of your response. The better the quality the more you earn. Also remember to use the myLot search engine, from time to time it rewards the user for using it. I received $0.18 today for using the search engine. For more detail on how to earn here in myLot, please visit: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#14 Welcome to myLot. Hope you make good money here. Good day!

Diana, yes you're right. I some how missed the writings in the bracket, I guess. Thanks for correcting me. I know I can always count on you, when I commit a mistake. Anyways my response will still help, as this user will understand how the earnings in myLot actually work. Good day!

Welcome to mylot. Believe me - this is a great site. You will earn money depending on the quality of your posts. So basically the more active and interesting you are in your disucssions and replies, the more the earnings will be. There are also tasks you may wish to complete in the tasks section. Once you reach $10 you get paid. Make good use of mylot as it is one of the best sites ever. After all you get paid for sharing your thoughts, opinions and feelings.

I myself am a newbie here. I have read the comments above and am beginning to get the feeling that this is a site which practises what it preaches. Beside earning on the side, you could join in lively discussions and get to know a lot of things from the experienced people. I am from Sri Lanka and the one worry I have with this is the withdrawal of the payment as PayPal has not opened its doors to Sri Lanka yet. Anyway, it gives me great pleasure to read the comments of the fellow mylotters and I do hope to immerse myself more in the goings on very soon.

Welcome to myLot! Sadly no-one has answered your question "tips to increase responses to my discussions (this is how you earn right?)" That is NOT how you earn at all. You earn for what you do here and others earn for what they do. If they post a response on your discussion, THEY earn for it, not you. Here you can't sit back and get rich, YOU have to be active or you will not see any earnings ar all. Start by reading the mail that myLot sent you when you registered. In it was a link to the Guidelines and FAQs: http://www.mylot.com/o/mylot.aspx There you will see that you earn for your own quality particpation, by adding comments to the responses on the topics that you start and by responding ans commewnting on discuaaiona started by others. There is NO fixed rate for each post and it is our overall quality participation that caiuses our earnings to increase.

Hi surajp, Welcome to mylot! The best way to learn and earn in this site is to start out by reading the rules and guidelines provided by the site. Then start discussing in your interests and adding more as you go along. I think it is best to participate in answers first to get the idea of what is expected of you. Happy posting and good luck!

You will earn if you are active and the more your comments are interesting, valuable and informational, the better your earnings will be. A helpful tip I can give to increase your earnings is to try and make it a habit to log in and post something daily. It is also a good idea to reply to those who comment on your discussions. In such a way your discussion will be more interesting and you will be increasing posts before you know it. Get involved as much as possible. You can also earn by using the search engine or by doing tasks.

Hi surajp! Welcome to mylot! First of all, before you start quality discussions and respond to others posts, choose your interests, add as many friends as you can and upload you profile photo so we can be able to see you, he he. Okay I'm just kidding on the last one. Just if you like. But it's true that can earn more when you upload photos. Good luck!
