Success with Payza/Paypal Disputes? Chargebacks?

I purchased an ad at an invest site greetingbux and not only did I not get back money for "investing" but I also didn't get my ad run (forever in the waiting...) status. Since then I have filed a dispute at the Payza resolution center and the admin has been going through hoops to try to get me to close the dispute (before giving me back the money, or running the ad :) ). How much success/failure have y'all had with Payza/Paypal disputing? Furthermore, I understand there is a more extreme measure where if you purchase directly with your credit card through Payza, you can cancel the charge with your card provider itself, which immediately returns the funds for you. Payza,Paypal, doesn't like this, calls it a "chargeback" and tells you that you are in violation of their TOS. How about success with that technique for self-protection?
