I have a withthraw question about MyBrowserCash

Since in the past I noted that the withdraw amount was at least USD20 in MyBrowserCash. It spent me a long time reaching it and now my balance is USD20.0719 but when I clicked to withdraw money, it showed me words as follows:
The minimum to withdraw is $19. You need $20 in your account balance to make a withdrawal request. (This is to cover the fees associated with withdrawing)
I feel confused to it since my balance is already over USD20. Any ideas?

That's a static message. Don't worry about that.
Below that, you can see withdrawal options like payment processor and a drop down box with fixed numbers. Just select $19 or $20 whatever is available and proceed.
Or, is it saying "You don't have enough funds to withdraw"? If it is so, contact their support.

Sasi, it is not scam. Its servers got hacked lately and the hackers withdrew money from them pretending to be legit users. After this discovery the server's security was revamped and the actual users' payments got delayed. The cycle of delay payment is still continuing. But note that the delay is reducing everyday. It is delaying payments not that it is not paying. There's a difference. 2 weeks ago a myLot friend got paid and started a discussion on the same. MyBrowserCash hasn't turned scam yet. But they are facing a hard time. The situation is unpredictable as of now. They may either survive or sink.
However, I would suggest you to sign up and keep working. If they survive, that would be good.

Don`t worry about that. You can cashout anyway. You will got only $19, because $1 is fee. But you can cashout. You just try again and ignore that message.

i asked a withdrawal more than a month ago from mybrowsercash and till today i haven't receive my withdrawal... they said that i have to give my cellphone number... did anyone feel it's OK that they request our phone number? it's like they're collecting our data for other purpose..

Just now, I checked that website, I found the information as following except you mentioned above:
Please note: The Amount Available will NOT be the same as your account balance as you can not withdrawal todays earnings.
Amount Available For Withdrawal: $2.65 *
Is it because the amount includes today's earning or you need to earn more money to withdrawl?
