it is true that it is quite a challenge to find a job in a company. unless one has good experiences and academic records, then it won't be like that. for ordinary applicants, a job is what they just want and need to sustain themselves to live. it is even harder if one has a family to support. somehow, online jobs and work supplement an income, but they are not often enough.

in fact, got the easy job but to earn a decent salary and prosperity in life that are difficult....most employers provide a modest salary without regard to the feasibility of its employees....this is an issue for employees like me, I've worked for almost 10 years but still far from prosperous welfare....the government should do a better job to protect the welfare of the employees and the employers have not only...

I agree with you on that. But I think we should improve our own skills so that the job will be the one who'll find us, right? I mean, if we will not close our doors in different opportunities our skills will be improved and we will learn more about our own field. I'm just glad I still have my job now, but I'm planning to study again next year to give myself a chance in a different job. But I won't leave the job that I have right now. Haha. lol.
