A bad experience

I came across one thing few days ago and i always want to speak out, but still no enough time. Now, I can show it up. I am a new member here and alway keep following my boss. so I am a few words in the meeting. One day, a new client coming from USA and I pick up him, we cooperated a short time. My boss always instead of me to discussed with them. We have a meeting this afternoon as normal. 2 hours later, they made a decision that took a look to testing in lab. They are going to leave, Abruptly, he turn to ask me if you would come with us? I watched my boss and my boss shows he wouldn't, then I said yes, he have loudly laughing. and walk out the meeting room. I followed and he said, do you have brain? Suddenly, I feel a big strike and shamed on that word. I replied yes with cool face. Then both of silence. I don't know why foreigners unfriendly. We are pure and warm-hearted. Or maybe i am not lucky to have met a bad one. P.S: I am the youngest and smallest one in my team.
