I have been sleeping later and been stressed since school started (June)... Does anyone know how to at least minimize eyebags? I look like a zombie.. It's hard to get some sleep when you have lots of work to do..

all i know is that when you put ice on it, it would help lessen the blackening bags below your eyes. it sure did help a bit, for me and well i stopped doing it though haha. :D nothing beats a good night sleep though.

You are right, nothing does beat a good nights sleep! Black under eyes need concealer and lots of it with packed on powder to keep it there!

I think the most important thing that would help is to become more organized. Try to get clothing ready the night before. Think of the cooking with leftovers in mind so you don't have to cook every night. Try to keep Sundays as free from responsibilities as possible so you have a day of rest and time to catch up. Cucumbers on the eyes are good for bags and relaxation. And consealer is just the thing to erase bags under the eyes.

For eyebags you can try to wash your face several times by alternating cold water with warm water. You can use compression with tee bags after making the tea, slices of cucumber, salt water or just cold water. Maybe you also eat too salty. Anyway it's better to go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. I always have eyebags when I sleep too late. Try and wake up at six in the morning.

it happens , when we don't rest properly, the effect is seen on eyes first, but we should take care of our health , we cant ignore work that's true, at least try to take small breaks, and give rest to your eyes, and eat healthy fresh food.this will help to some extent

Try to sleep more and cut down on work if you can.Take supplements to help . I do have some eyebags and that depend only of the quality of your sleep. Stress is always most of the time the culprit of most of our illness too. Take care and keep healthy too.

I suggest you to set schedules on everything you need to work out. Also give your self a reward after work so you could enjoy and lessen your stress. This may help you to catch a sleep easily.

That's also my problem, now that i am older. It's a give away of how old i am, although they say i look younger than my age. Well, in the morning i massage my eyebags with an ice cube. And also my entire face before washing it. My eyebags will at least be deflated. And my pores closed.

Hi friend,i suppose it would be the best way to get enough sleep so as to get rid of eyebags. Also you should pay attention to your diet and that also plays an important role. Have a nice day.

Cucumbers are good or anything cold for that matter like frozen spoons. A few minutes of that will reduce swelling. Preparation H also works. I know Visine works on the face for the red in pimples or any in eye or around eye redness. I have also taken acetominophen (Tylenol) or ibprofen (Motrin) to reduce inflammation as well. To wake up I would suggest Excedrin Migraine since it has caffeine and will help with the sleep headaches and inflammation both. Taking a hot bath also works or a cold bath. It depends on the person but hot baths relaxes me in order to wake up slowly but the cold water on my face wakes up my skin and eyes. Good luck!

Hi there lady1993, you may refer to this link: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2504531.aspx My bf is on the same situation as yours, so I always tell him to get enough sleep when he does have few days off from school and it seems to work. You might also wanna try putting some cold slice of cucumber. HTH =D

There is this one way that I tried which I think can be effective for you. Just cut two pieces of cucumber and put them on your eyes closed. You can do that everyday before sleeping, I hope it could get rid of your eyebags somehow. My sister and I used garnier too, it is an eye roll on. We put it in our eye bags before sleeping. You could choose which do you prefer more. You could put on a concealer if you'll go out. I also saw a laser treatment on tv. It was so good, it could easily get rid of your eyebags easily. But it cost much so be prepared for the money that you will be spending. But still, you have to have enough sleep and go to bed early. :)

hey, just give 10 minutes to you. Soak a cotton balls into milk and keep it in freezr for some tym and then put them over your eyes for 15 minutes, it makes your eyes go fresh. You can also use cucumber oar frozen tomato slice.
