Victor doesn't remember who he is.

Okay if I were logical about this, they live in a very small town (which means that everyone knows everyone doctors) and he knows Victors doctor or PA, Tucker phones them and requests that they send the prescription to whichever pharmacy is closest to Victor. Tucker would not necessarily need to know the actual medication that Victor is taking. In relation to Victor, he would probably be willing to suffer a bit to prove his point and make them believe he is really suffering from amnesia. Then again amnesia is a staple in soap operas, it has been done before, with Katherine, after a while her memory returned and she returned to being Katherine but her personality changed a bit, she is kinder and more understanding. Maybe they want to give Victor a slightly gentler personality and make him slowly remember who he is and was, remember how much he loves Nicky and set things up for a reunion. It would explain, how Jack and Nicky are together less then a month and the divorce is all but certain.

This seems to be a reoccuring problem for Victor isn't it? He is always going off somewhere and something is always happening to him. I never get to watch this but I love to hear everyone else's versions of what goes on!

Enough money can buy all kinds of things; so that is how Tucker got the meds for Victor. I have changed my mind about Tucker not caring if Victor lives but he wants to stay away until he(Tucker) can acquire a lot of Newman stock at a really low price. Then he will either use that to have a position of power in the company or will sell it when it recovers after Victor return. He wouldn't want Victor to return in the condition he is currently in. Billy was all set to tell Victoria about Victor but she was so happy about being in charge at Newman that he just couldn't mess that up for her. Of course in the long run that probably will have been a mistake.
