So that just leaves Jerry who knows and now Joe, Jr. in a way. Joe, Jr. doesn't know who the people are but he knows that a doctor thinks his wife is dead when she isn't. Of course there is whoever traded the poison and cure to Jerry for Robin and we don't know what his plans are yet.

It would have been too easy for Keenen to just tell Patrick the truth. Joe Jr doesn't seem too smart to put two and two together so I am going to say that somehow Jerry is going to reveal it, if only to piss off the person he is working with in Switzerland
