Epilepsy what would be the complications?

last night my friend of mine have a problem and have epilepsy I don't know even what would be he experiencing of He dont have seizure but instead he experienced hallucination and combative. I my self also so worried about his status right now His at the hospital and I can't explain the reason behind of hallucination on it with the epilepsy? hmmp any idea?
