I had the worst depression ever in my whole life August until today. I been crying often at night. Sometimes my face looks so depression when I'm looking at the mirror which caused stress about financial problems. I felt hating myself instead being angry with my love ones. When you have something to so you can't do it perfectly instead the depression makes you feel the worst feeling ever. And right now my personal life and my studies are already affected because of financial problem. How can I resolve this? Any advice?

Hi there... I've been through this... I think I can give you some advice... I understand you're studying... Find a part-time job. Work's a good remedy for depression... When I was depressed, I searched for a job... I worked hard to get one. And when I got the job, I worked hard. Result was simple, my financial problems were solved and there was no depression anymore... Today, I still have problems... Which money can't solve. But when I wake up, I wake up with an enthusiasm to work hard and better... Office takes away my negativism... And the friends at office bring joy to me... Find some work, my friend! It'll solve all material problems.... Good Luck!

Yes. It is not bad or hard not to listen or try what mr_pear is suggesting. You should be somehow think that life is good. God is with us. Keep on praying and ask help to your loved ones or closest friends.

Hi Ligwan... Thanks a lot... I can assure you that nothing kills the depression better than a job. You face challenges at work and you can overcome them. My work has helped me a great deal... It's come to a stage where I feel bored when I've nothing to do... So its killing on weekends.. If they allow me to work on weekends, I'll never take an off... But that ain't good either... I've become workholic... LOL... Good thing's at least I ain't depressed.... Good Luck!

The only fix to a financial problem is money. You've grown up now, so go get a job. I hope you did your dues in school and life to acquire skills that make you employable. You may have to give up school to get a job or get something part time if you find enough reasons not to to delay your college education. Mylot by the way will offer you no money, there's nothing here but cents. If you've been lazy then you really got a problem. This is when our sacrifices and the time we put on learning are useful, that's when you get paid for what you can do.

hi educatorstudent first off to cure financial problems get a part time job and also most colleges offer financial aid too. a good job with people you like will help solve money problems and make you think good thoughts not negative ones.Solve your money problems and quit thinking how awful life is as you just bring yourself down and all around you=life is good, look out and see the sun, be glad you are alive,be glad you are healthy not in a wheelchair.Let your loved ones help to cheer you up but also make an effort to smile and to la ugh.Solve the money problem then quit the pity party for yourself.others have it much worse believe me.

First we need to figure out whether it is clinical depression or just feeling the "blue".(For example you car got stolen, you lose a boyfriend or a job or a promotion doesn't come through..Often after a night out or a good cry, you move on and put the event behind you.. Roughly 25 percent of adults will suffer from depression at some point in their lives.. "The word depression is widely and tragically misunderstood", according to Stephen S Ilardi, Phd., associate of professor of clinical phychology at the University of Kansas in Lawrence. "One of the best things you can do as a friend is educate yourself about what is" Depression-called clinical depression or major depressive disorder by mental health professionals-isn't primarily about being sad, Ilardi explains. What grabs a doctor's attention is losing the ability to love, work, play, and focus. In clinical depression, there are high levels of stress hormone cortisol, .. If it persists, the result is shrinkage in the hippocampus and frontal cortex, the memory centers and areas of the brain associated with higher-order reasoning and function.. I understand that you're depressed because of financial problems.Secondly, You need to talk to your love ones about your financial issue and suggest that they help you find someone for your financial problem, which is affecting your behavior towards others..The most important think to know is that you are not alone and your family loves you...
