my aunt had her first child when she was sixteen and she went back to school after two years of breast feeding, she got married when she was thirty and has been trying to have children for her husband for seven years but she failed to get pregnant yet she had no complications on her first pregnancy what causes this

There are so many issues that can make someone not to get pregnant even after having delivered a baby previously and the doctor is in a position to find out what is going on. Sometimes the sperm count can also be a factor so your aunt's husband should also confirm with his doctor. At least she has one kid at the moment and she is still young enough and can have another baby soon after everything has been checked.
