should i study for my master's degree or go to work

I have recieved the admission notice of International Business MBA by Xiangtan University this June, but now, i don't know whether i should go to study for the Master's degree or go to work directly . In fact , i have been working for two months after graduated from university , but this work is not what i dreamed of , i work as international sales as my major is international economy and trade, but the international trading is not so developed in inland city ,and my performance is not good . i just received one order. at first ,i want to learn through this job ,but till now, i find that i can learn much if i recieved no order , i still can't acquire the knowledge of trade operation. if i go to school , that means i have to spend 3yeas to get the master degree, 3 years is a little long , i still have to work after graduated, why don't i work now ? i confused, don't know what i should do
