At last, I slept for several hours. It really pays to have a good night sleep. You feel refreshed and in good mood. For the past few weeks, I only had a few hours of sleep every day. And it made me inactive and not productive in my work. Hopefully, today, I can accomplish a lot of things, errands, discussions here and some online activities.
I feel good that today will be a good day. Hope I got to sleep like this always.
How about you my fellow friends, do you had a good night sleep? What are the things you usually do if you had a good night sleep ?
Thanks

well, that's good. It feels great and so relaxing when we have a sound sleep. We feel light and energetic and filled with extra energy. This is the time we remember of many works to do, with all fresh mind. Yes usually i have good sleep, and if i don't get sleep, late night i usually spend the time on my lot.

Try to accomplish all your works in time. So that your mind will not be disturbed and helps you to get a long good sleep.

not always, i always stay up late at night since i am busy with my online activities . except, when i am really tired all my interest for a day s lost. so that the only think i could get a good sleep. i feel sleepy when tired during the day work. when my body tell t to stop even my mind like to do other things, i could not continue, because my eyes is so drowsy. except when doing things that i need to accomplish even i get tired i just drink coffee and my energy is back again. i even sleep late at night as i accomplish things that need to pass like a article or project with a set of deadline submission, so i do it.

Hello mikyung, I am glad that you had a good night sleep.Recently I preferred to sleep during the day than during the night because i want to sleep with my husband everyday. he is working in a graveyard shift and i am just here at home doing some online job, instead of watching his sleeping or waiting for him to wake up everyday i rather i sleep beside him. Both of us drinking low fat milk before going to bed and embrace each other until we fell asleep.

I agree that having a good and enough sleep is so refreshing compared when we have less sleep.
I also like sleeping but sometimes cannot avoid staying late at night and have less sleep.

I have to admit that I've been spending more time in bed than I typically would. However, it has also been a few weeks since I've actually been able to get a good night's sleep because of the pain that I've been going through with my back. Hurting the way that I've been hurting makes it impossible for me to sleep for more than a couple hours at a time. It feels terrible to not be able to get a good night's sleep, I just wake up grouchy and hateful to be quite honest.

good or you. i also experience the same things my adrenalin drop too, as my energy get depleted so i also need a day of rest to replenish my energy., in doing so, just like you mention. i would also take a relaxation method to relieve stress at the same time i could reflect a lot. have a good sleep, a nice meal and just pamper my body. a body is like a machine when it get over used it tend to get worn out or need a lot of repair. because it could no longer function normally. f one of the organ of the body does not feel well, we need to find a remedy to cure it. as the body felt something is not right, rest is the best answer.

Being a mom, 5-6 hours of sleep is enough for me. I live in a routine that sometimes burns me down. Whether I have a good 8 hours of sleep during weekends, still I need to do chores and of course, have time to be at myLot.![](/Content/images/emotes/happy.gif)

Hi,
You feel refreshing because you had good night sleep. As food is important for our health, enough sleep is also necessary for our physical and mental health. So I don't have enough sleep then I feel very restless and I can't work effectively for the whole day. I don't have any problem with sleep but very few times I have this problem. I always pray God before going to bed. So my mornings are always good and refreshing.

Ever since I first started to cut caffeine out of my diet a couple of months ago, I have learned the value of getting a good night's rest. As you had said, I am definitely more productive at work when I rest well because I can concentrate better. I also like to exercise when I am well-rested.
However, I often work shifts that last until the middle of the night/early morning. Having my sleep pattern disrupted like this at least once a week has been very difficult to adjust to. Therefore, even when I do get my required eight-or-so hours of sleep, I often do not feel rested because it is not always regular for me to go to bed/wake up on a schedule.
