Are you using Windows, Linux or mac? Wich version then? I am using Windows 7 Ultimate for my desktop computer, and Windows 7 Home Premium for my laptop. I have Linux as a secondary OS on my desktop computer. I know that most people in the eastern world (Asia) uses the old Windows XP. Please share your OS with us, and I expect to see a lot of Windows XP here ;)

It's cool that you are comfortable with with your Windows 7 OS. Hmm, Haven't seen anyone posting Windows XP yet, but I also only got 2 responses, lol. Have a good day :)

hey,
i am using Windows 7 Ultimate currently. its a good OS with many features but its little heavy as compared to the Windows XP .
you are right that many people are using Windows XP . Most of them are of working class in corporate industry , computer organization . this is because most of the software applications used in software applications are compatible with windows XP.

I am using a Mac -intel 10.8. on a Macbook Pro. I also have an ipad and an iphone. We used to have Windows and my husband had Windows 7 but I kept losing files on this. I do not have a desktop computer, the laptop is easier to move around.
Used to be a Windows user, but love MAC.

I find many people around me are using the latest Windows 7 OS now. But i'm still using the old Windows XP OS, and i don't want to upgrate to Windows 7 OS. Because i have used Windows XP OS for a long time, i have been used to it. On the other hand, upgrating the OS is time-consuming and almost all the installed software have to be reinstalled, which is intolerable.

I'm an Indian (thus also an Aisan ). I've used Windows 98, 2000 Professional and XP in the past. Currently I'm using a Dell Studio 15. It came with Vista pre-installed. I upgraded it to Windows 7. I never really liked Vista. I also downloaded Ubuntu 11.10 desktop edition some time ago. Now my laptop is on dual boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu Oneiric Ocelot. Although I mostly use Windows 7. I've set a Mac Lion theme over Windows 7, complete with a dock, Apple start button instead of Windows, Mac sounds, FinderBar, Mac folders, even the welcome and shutdown screen, etc. Good day!
