Three things you wish God would give you.

We all have many wishes. Some of them are fulfilled and some of them remain unfulfilled. However, we cannot just resist wishing something. When we pray to God, we pray for something. Ofcourse, we have faith in God and so we feel that God will give us those things.
However, if you have a chance for asking for three things from God and you are assured that each one will be fulfilled, what would you ask for?

Still remember the days when I was watching aladdin. used to spend all day think what I would wish for if I have a magic lamp. Finally got the answer. Health, wealth and 3 more wishes. :D Just kidding.
May I be well and happy, may my family be well and happy, may my friends be well and happy. Very simple.

You have wish for your family, yourself and for your friends. It is quite logical that we will wish something good for our friends and relatives. But what about the other people who are not relatives...!
Hapiness is different thing for different people. If I am hungry, food will bring me happiness but if I am thirsty then best quality of food is of no use.

Yes, everyone has the desire, and this desire sometimes met but sometimes not. This is a reality, but if you have to choose 3 prayer, maybe I'll ask.
1. Protect my parents and all my family from what is harmful.
2. May the children of my parents being a pious child.
3. And hopefully the kids from my parents to be successful the next world to be happy parents.

So you would wish that you should get the protection from harmful things and you would wish the same for your family too. It is quite obvious that we want that our family members to be happy in any conditions.
You have indirectly indicated the same thing for your future family too...Yes, we all wish that the future generations of our family should be happy and they should be protected from harmful things. However, I feel that just being protected from harmful things will not make us happy because we need so many things in life to become happy.

Hi for me even I just turn 50 this year
I do want to have a wife and childern
my back is jewish nd I want that the same
in my future wife, in one of the prayer
book we have it say pray to G-D
as if everything depend on him
them the second saying is do everything
yourself as if everything depend on you
so I think this pray is way he can work though you

Frankly speaking, I do not know the story you are refering to. However my purpose of starting this discussion is to share the views of the people about what type of wishes are on the top list of the people.
Like some wish for wealth, some for health, some for fame.... so what would be your wishes..!

well i am the person who believes if one works hard for something then you would definitely get it. But something in my life is beyond me also. So yeah i do want to wish so that get fulfilled. My first wish would be the girl i love should understand that i love her, rest would be her decision. My second wish would be she remains happy and her all good wishes be fulfilled. My third wish would be she be always with me so whenever she has trouble or need help, I would be always available for her.
