how to deactivate love tips on Vodafone India?

my brother activated love tips on his cell phone. he is Using Vodafone. the pack was for one month. after one month, each week his balance get deducted, he tried to deactivate it, but its still active. now he stopped recharging his cell balance. he got very less balance now. now Vodafone started deducting his balance daily. his fed up complaining about it.
does anyone know how to deactivate love tips on Vodafone India?

hey, contact vodafone customer care , they will help you to de-activate the pack but may not refund your money.
to refund money( after deactivation):
- request for MNP, vodafone will call you and you can discuss the problem. they will try to give you some benefits, you ask for a refund or select which suits you.
- you can also use a thank you card ( it works on a minimum 3months old number,and can be used 1 per month), it's available at vodafone store.

we tried contacting customer care, they say, the pack is already deactivated. there is nothing they can do. we told them, money is getting deducted from his balance weekly/daily. also asked them, if anything else is activated by mistake. they say, there is no other scheme or pack is activated on your number.
just don't know what to do now.
